random poetries

taken from net -

meri har nazar ka khavaab Tum ho
mere dil-o-aashiya ka navaab Tum ho,

karu zikr kya kamar ka tujse
mere jahaan-o-jannat ka aaftab Tum ho,

keya ho mushk-o-rangat tere bin
mere gulsitaan ka ek gulaab Tum ho,

beshumar hain nazrane jahaan ke
mere liye to bas ek naayab Tum ho,

qwaaaz bahe jati hai darya-e-ishq me
meri qayaamat ka sailaab Tum ho

Lost

Stand still. The trees ahead and bushes beside you
Are not lost. Wherever you are is called Here,
And you must treat it as a powerful stranger,
Must ask permission to know it and be known.
The forest breathes. Listen. It answers,
I have made this place around you,
If you leave it you may come back again, saying Here.
No two trees are the same to Raven.
No two branches are the same to Wren.
If what a tree or a bush does is lost on you,
You are surely lost. Stand still. The forest knows
Where you are. You must let it find you.

song from 'Papa Kehte Hain'

mujhse naraz ho to ho jaao,
khud se lekin khafa khafa na raho..
mujhse tum duur jao to jao,
aap apne se tum juda na raho..

mujhpe chahe yakeen karo na karo
tumko khud par magar yakeen rahe
sar pe ho aasman ya ke na ho
peir ke neeche ye zameen rahe
mujhko tum bewafa kaho to kaho,
tum magar khud se bewafa na raho..

aao ek baat mai kahun tumse
jaane fir koi ye kahe na kahe
tumko apni talash karni hai
hamsafar koi bhi rahe na rahe
tumko apne sahare jeena hai,
dhoondti koi aasra na raho..
